Yes, the same cleaner will come to your scheduled cleaning every time. However, life happens and sometimes your cleaner will not be available. In such case, we will reach out to you to see if you would like to reschedule your clean or have a different cleaner sent out. If your cleaner becomes permanently unavailable we will do our part to match your with another cleaner!
Typically one cleaner will be sent to your home. However, if a job is too big, an additional cleaner will be sent. Size of home, cleaning requirements, and cleaner availability will be factors in determining how many cleaners will arrive.

Giving your cleaner a tip is completely up to you! You have the option to either tip your cleaner at the end of your cleaning (ALL TIPS WILL GO TO CLEANER) or you can give your cleaner cash.
The amount you tip is at your full discretion. Typical tips range from 15% – 30%.
WeMaid connects with a vast majority of professional cleaners in your area! All cleaners are independent cleaning professionals (domestic workers) that have been thoroughly vetted for quality, customer satisfaction, reliability, and motivation.
Whether or not you’re home during your booking is your choice! When you make a booking, you’ll be prompted to give entry instructions.
If you hide a key somewhere, have a doorman, or other method to allow your cleaner in, then there’s no need for you to be home! You can also feel free to stick around during the booking or leave after allowing your cleaner entry. Whatever you’re most comfortable with!
*Please don’t forget about your scheduled bookings. We’ll remind you with an email and/or a text message. If, by chance, your cleaner can’t get gain entry with your instructions, or if you aren’t home when you said you would be, a fee will occur.*
WeMaid offers a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee! If your cleaner missed something included in your cleaning, then we will go back to fix it for you! Your happiness and satisfaction is important to us. Note: this only includes normal turn over services. If you’re looking for a more detailed clean, then a deep clean would be the best option.
There are no long term contracts. WeMaid’s cleaning plans, or one time clean, can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. We do ask you to sign a terms of service agreement at the time of booking.
You are able to make a payment on WeMaid’s website where we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX. Cash and personal checks are not acceptable forms of payment.
We at WeMaid know schedules and availability differ amongst us all. At WeMaid we have tried to provide hours of operation that allow for flexibility that work for you and your cleaner.

WeMaid prices based off of the square footage of your home, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, number of half bathrooms, and any added extras you would like your cleaner to complete.
Hourly rate cleanings are available at a 3 hour minimum (cannot be combined with any discounts).
Your discounted rate is dependent on the frequency you choose. The more frequent the clean, the more of a discount you will receive. Right now we are offering discounts on weekly, bi weekly, and monthly cleanings.

Please make note that your FIRST cleaning will be billed at FULL PRICE. Since this is, of course, your first cleaning. It will require more TLC and elbow grease. Your discounts will begin to reflect your account when the following cleaning is completed.
