Responsibilities

As a new team member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and implementing the software that is programmed into devices built around a microprocessor. • Designing and implementing software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
• Designing, developing, coding, testing and debugging system software
• Reviewing code and design
• Analyzing and enhancing efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources
• Integrating and validating new product designs
• Supporting software QA and optimize I/O performance
• Providing post-production support
• Interfacing with hardware design and development

Requirements

At least 1+ of experience in the following technologies:

• 1 year of experience in low-level software development in C and C ++
• Development experience on ESP32 or similar embedded platforms
• Experience in developing devices on microcontrollers: arm cortex (stm32)
• Understanding how interfaces work (uart, i2c, spi)
• Understanding digital/analog circuitry
• Experience in the initial launch and debugging of manufactured (test/primary) PCB samples
• Ability to find faults in ready-made images (and possible causes of faults)
• Experience in the repair of electronic equipment (samples)
• Knowledge of English pre-intermediate and above
• Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and datasheets for components
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools and peer review

Experience that will be considered as an advantage:

• Experience in using Arm Mbed and RTOS in the development
• Experience with other microcontrollers (msp430Fxxx, Melexis Almatea, Cortex-M0 – M4 (ARM / THUMB2), STMicroelectronics
• Experience in the development of devices with wireless interfaces (BT4.x, BLE, NFC, WiFi), incl. experience with STm BlueNRG
• Experience with built-in GSM and LTE modules
• Experience in the development of ultra low power battery-powered devices
• Experience in integrating devices with backend and mobile applications
• Ability to design circuit diagrams (digital and analog)
• Ability to design printed circuit boards
• Experience with third-party vendors (selection of optimal electronic components, interaction with manufacturers)
• Experience in embedded Linux development
• Arduino and Raspberry Pi prototyping experience
• Knowledge of backend/cloud/frontend development technologies or interest in these technologies
